Any member of the Practice or employee of the local PCT may submit a nomination.

Nominees accept that short listed candidates will be visited to independently verify information submitted and to undertake photography and interviews.

Winners of the Regional Awards who go on to win a National Award will forfeit their Regional Award.

The decision of the independent judging panel is final - no correspondence will be entered into.
